Today’s Pink Stroke of Genius: CoppaFeel! Launches “Men Get Breast Cancer too!” Campaign in UK

One slogan reads: “Raising Awareness. Reducing Embarrassment.” Another says: “Remind me to coppa feel.” But the real kicker reads: “Men Get Breast Cancer Too!” In fact,  300 British men are diagnosed with breast cancer a year! And today –  September 12, 2012 –  marks the launch of this men’s health campaign at  The Hoxton Pony. Of course male breast cancer is worldwide: about 2,140 new cases are diagnosed annually in the US. And here in Canada, approximately 200 men will be diagnosed with it and 55 will die from it. And even though, statistically speaking, women outnumber men —  breast cancer is breast cancer! And it’s nothing to be ashamed of.
