Good stuff, Robyn. Love the hairy visuals! The last video was the best for me because I live with the same fears about my own husband. Whenever he’s asleep and not snoring, I check to make sure he’s not dead. Fear of future infirmity for both of us motivated me to stay on a vigorous exercise program, so at least one of us can be healthy and trim. Talk about irony–my husband resents my new dedication to good health. He would prefer us to deteriorate together and get matching wheelchairs. You just can’t please men.
