Making a splash with my #oneword to guide me in 2015

ms mast swims Animation2Last week I visited my friend Cyndee’s blog. Instead of making New Year resolutions, she selected one word — “DO” — to guide her professionally and personally throughout 2015. Inspired, this got me thinking about which word I’d choose. Reflecting on recent events in my neurodegenarating life, it was a no-brainer: the word “GO”. Here’s why: I GO swimming! (my favourite exercise I quit 7 years ago when I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s and breast cancer).
