Aches and Pains

There’s no shortage of aches in this world. Backache. Stomachache. Headache. Heartache. We all hurt somewhere, sometimes.

Like many people with Parkinson’s, I’m accustomed to living with tight muscles and sore joints. And while pain is a pain, keeping things in perspective can offer some relief. That’s why I consider myself lucky to have given birth without an epidural – if you ask me, most pain pales in comparison to this physical feat.
