Flexibility

Yoga Pose

My body is flexible. When I was a kid, cartwheels were easy. So were backbends and aerials and even the splits. And although I’ve lost my acrobatic magic, I can still touch my toes and strike a yoga pose. Which I do, everyday.

Staying limber helps me stay sane in this crazy body of mine.

  1. That’s inspiring: I am the opposite, but I’d like to follow suit. I think being flexible helps one keep a sense of balance on a lot of fronts.

  2. It certainly does. And my lopsided front needs balancing!
