"Live Laugh Learn" Meets Again at Vancouver's Lululemon Lab on Sunday, October 28, 2012

The Vancouver Lab continues to host Rethink Breast Cancer‘s Live Laugh Learn gatherings. This National monthly program is a one-of-a-kind ongoing opportunity for women experiencing breast cancer in their 20’s, 30’s and early 40’s to connect with women you can relate to, while enjoying an evening of education, indulgent treats, camaraderie…and so much more!  On Sunday October 28th, lymphedema and breast cancer rehab specialist Janet Sprague will present ‘Movement is a Medicine.’ Join us and learn about the remarkable impact exercise can have on risk reduction, survival, symptoms and quality of life during any stage of the breast cancer journey. Janet also has extensive knowledge about how to recognize early signs & symptoms of lymphedema, and proper care techniques for management.
