"Live Laugh Learn" Launched at Vancouver's Lululemon Lab Last Night!

At 6:30, the Rethink Breast Cancer team rolled into the Lab. By 6:59, they had transformed the high-tech fashion factory into a festive living room filled with fresh flowers, fruit platters, gourmet wraps, mini cupcakes, fizzy drinks, and lots of swag! At 7:00, the doors opened and the team welcomed dozens of young breast cancer survivors to the Live Laugh Learn Launch Party! Everyone mingled and noshed. Some rushed to the back to be glammed-up by make-up artists and photographed by Tamara Taggart and Jonathon Cruz. Others wandered up front to to hear me read excerpts from Most of Me. And by the end of the night, connections had been made and a community had been formed. We”ll meet again in May.
